HattrickPoli manual

HattrickPoli should be easy to use. Most of the time, you will just download HRF files, and match ratings, and browse through statistical data. But sometimes you will want more from HTPoli. You will want to customize some things, and since HTPoli offers some advanced features (not always easy to understand...well, OK...impossible to understand without manual), I thought it was time to write a manual. I will focus on most important and most complex things.
