Until HT team approves automatic download of match files, you will have to do it manually. Actually it is not so hard. Click here for short tutorial. Why is accumulated training not reset after player received training? Sometimes HRF files are not downloaded correctly, and this causes problems with trainings. Go to "File|Manage HRF files", and scroll to the bottom of the list. You will probably see some strange dates, delete those lines, and your trainings for players should be reset after player receives training.
